Acceptable Use Policy

ProseRelay is built to help writers, founders, and teams produce clear, well-researched content. This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the standards of conduct required to keep our platform safe, reliable, and respectful of intellectual property.

You may not use the ProseRelay pipeline to research, draft, or distribute content that:

• Promotes unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, or financial deception.
• Generates defamatory, harassing, or hateful material targeting individuals or groups.
• Fabricates medical, legal, or financial credentials or impersonates another individual without authorization.
• Distributes spam, automated link-farming pages, or deceptive search manipulation.

The Personal Voice DNA feature allows you to provide writing samples or scrape public post URLs to calibrate tone and style.

You must only upload writing samples or URLs that you authored yourself or have explicit permission to use as stylistic reference. You may not use Voice DNA to impersonate a third party in a misleading or deceptive manner.

To ensure responsive real-time streaming for all users, you agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or bots to trigger bulk pipeline runs outside the standard studio interface.
• Attempt to bypass authentication checks, probe server endpoints, or interfere with Server-Sent Events (SSE) streams.
• Submit malicious URLs or private internal network addresses to the URL scraper.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy or jeopardize the security and availability of ProseRelay.
