Terms of Service
The rules, intellectual property rights, and responsibilities that govern your use of ProseRelay.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ProseRelay ("ProseRelay"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
ProseRelay provides a web-based editorial studio that assists users in turning their own notes, or topics researched on the live web, into platform-specific drafts, learning from the edits users make, and reviewing editorial revisions.
We may refine, update, or modify studio features from time to time to improve accuracy, speed, and reliability.
Accounts & Authentication
Access to the interactive studio and Saved Library requires signing in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your signed-in session.
Content Ownership & License
You retain full ownership of all topics, prompts, personal writing samples, and edits you submit to ProseRelay ("User Input").
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ProseRelay assigns to you all right, title, and interest in and to the final content packages generated for your account ("Generated Output"). You are free to publish, edit, distribute, or use your Generated Output for personal or commercial purposes without attribution.
Editorial Responsibility & Verification
While ProseRelay writes from your notes or from live web sources and provides editorial audit logs, automated language models can occasionally misinterpret source context, produce incomplete summaries, or leave in details you meant to keep private.
When you paste notes, meeting transcripts or other material, you are responsible for having the right to use it. ProseRelay flags details that look confidential, but it cannot guarantee it will catch them all.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy, appropriateness, confidentiality, and legal compliance of any Generated Output before publishing or sharing it externally.
Warranties & Limitation of Liability
ProseRelay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProseRelay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
